Shifting Career - What can I do if i'm not making progress?

I have a 4 years in degree Computer Science and working as an IT
Supervisor + Data Analyst in a Marketing Research company (BPO) for
nearly 5 years .

Although I am earning maximum salary on this company, now I am thinking
of changing my career mainly because carrier path for Marketing Research
is not that much promising in Sri Lanka .(If I am wrong please let me
know ) and there are very few similar companies currently operating in
Srilanka ,I feel my job is less secure .

Because of all these issues I am thinking of doing a Masters and
changing my carrier .

Will it is possible to get a job in an IT Company by doing a Master
Degree ?

I am thinking of doing the masters either in Project
Management ,Security Sciences Software Development or Computer Science .

I am really confused on which Masters program to follow ,could please
kindly give some advise on choosing an appropriate Master program which
is well recognized by the industry .

and Will it be feasible to complete CSTE and joining in to Test/QA team
without doing the masters ?

I have applied for few “Conversion Programs” such as in Virtusa ,but no
luck .What are qualification do I need to posses in order to qualify for
such programmers ?
