Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials will help to gain distinction and recognition in a growing community of project management practitioners in the world.
It also increases the visibility of a practitioner within an organization and on a global level demonstrate that practitioner’s experience, education and knowledge.
That will ensure that the practitioner is equipped with the required knowledge and exposure in all the areas of project management across various industries.
This program outlines everything needed to pass the PMP examination while educating the participants on how to be successful project managers. Participants will work in a fun and interactive environment in small groups and get exposure to project management principles, practices, and the tools and techniques, by taking a real life project from initiation to conclusion.
