‘Young HR Mind Awards 2010’

The Young Members Forum (YMF) of the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (IPM) will conduct ‘Young HR Mind Awards 2010’ for the third consecutive year to encourage young HR professionals to share their knowledge and experience within a broad learning platform.

The competitive topics will be, the global financial crisis and the role of human resources management, Developing tomorrow’s business leaders, Talent management approach - Attraction and retention, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Role of HR on organizational change or culture building process and Employer branding - A way to differentiate Human Resources Management and Tertiary Education.

The selected paper submissions will be presented at the International HR Conference that will be held on June 7 at Waters Edge, Battaramulla.
