Advice on first job

Hi, I am an undergraduate who will be completing my B.Sc. in Computing soon. I have a doubt about which type of company I should join after the degree. For example, if I join a large company, I might get chances to put my hands on large global projects, and on the other hand, the role which I play in such a company would not expose me much to the entire process. Conversely, if I join a small company, I might not get such large projects, but I might get chance to perform a bigger role in the project. Also, there are other issues such as salary as well. Some large companies wouldn't pay much for new comers.

In addition, I am proficient in Java related enterprise technologies. However, I don't have any enterprise level work experience as such (though I have very good experience on the technologies through academic projects). I would also like to know how this could affect my first job.

I seek your valuable advice on these matters.
